He sent His Son to be an example and show His children how to love and serve others.
He sent His Son to teach His children those things they would need to know so they could withstand the temptations of Satan and stay on the Covenant path.
He sent His Son to save His children so they could repent and return and live with Him and their loved ones again someday.
